Welcome to TrustyQ (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TrustyQ platform, located at www.trustyq.com.au and related applications or integrations (“Service”).
By creating an account or using TrustyQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About TrustyQ
TrustyQ is an AI-powered social media management platform that helps users schedule, analyse, and optimise posts across multiple networks including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
The Service may include AI-assisted features for content creation, scheduling, analytics, and reporting.

All prices are in AUD, inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Refunds: TrustyQ offers a 7-day free trial. Beyond that, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
6. AI Features and Content Responsibility
AI-generated captions, hashtags, and recommendations are provided for convenience and inspiration only.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.
TrustyQ does not accept liability for reputational, legal, or regulatory outcomes arising from published content.
7. Third-Party Integrations
TrustyQ connects with third-party social media APIs.
By linking your accounts, you authorise us to post, retrieve analytics, and manage scheduling within the limits of each platform’s API and your permissions.
We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or data loss caused by those external platforms.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and protect your data.
By using TrustyQ, you consent to such data handling as described in that policy.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but TrustyQ is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We may occasionally suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages.
We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or reputation arising from interruptions or third-party downtime.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and code associated with TrustyQ remain our property.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content and social media materials.
By using TrustyQ, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, display, and store your content solely for providing the Service.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

12. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Sydney, NSW.
